See how work moves through your process

Map observed paths, compare variants, and investigate delay, rework, conformance, and case evidence inside one Power BI visual—without a separate Threadseer account or vendor analytics backend.

For analysts who already work in Power BI

Threadseer is designed for Power BI and operations analysts who have event-history data and need to understand how cases actually move through a workflow. Consultants and operational leaders can use the resulting evidence to focus further investigation.

  • Claims
  • Tickets
  • Invoices
  • Service requests
  • Manufacturing events

Three fields define the process

01

Case ID

Connects events belonging to the same order, ticket, claim, or other case.

02

Activity

Names the step or event that occurred.

03

Timestamp

Places those events in time order.

  2. MapMap Case ID, Activity, and Timestamp
  3. AnalyzeChoose Analyze to build the snapshot

If milestones are stored in separate date columns, Power Query may be needed to unpivot them into event rows. Threadseer does not require a separate preprocessing application.

Process investigation where the rest of the analysis already lives

One Power BI visual

Map event fields and investigate the process alongside operational reports and measures.

No separate account or platform

Threadseer does not require a publisher account, preprocessing service, or analytics backend.

Analysis stays in the visual

In-visual, in-memory analysis runs without external network permission or vendor data transfer.

Move from discovery to investigation

These validated pre-release screens use a documented synthetic dataset. They show the actual Threadseer interface, not customer results.

Discover, diagnose, and verify

Discover

Map paths and compare variants

  • Interactive process maps
  • Observed route comparison
  • Performance and timing context
Diagnose

Investigate where patterns concentrate

  • Bottleneck and rework evidence
  • Expected-path conformance
  • Ranked associations as investigation leads
Verify

Trace findings back to evidence

  • Matching cases and event timelines
  • Data-quality conditions
  • Source-backed analytical context

Power BI supplies the selected fields to the visual

Threadseer analyzes those fields inside the custom-visual runtime. It has no external network permission and does not send event data, field names, report names, case identifiers, or process metrics to Wittenauer Software.
